We do not offer return or exchange unless the item has factory defects.
With regards to this, our policy lasts even (7) days only. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your returned item is received and inspected by an authorized service center with a written certification of factory defects, we will then issue the exchange item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping or delivery costs for returning your item. Shipping or delivery costs are non-refundable.
Please note, If you are shipping an item over P4,000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
